There is a small tear on the collar that is repaired and under the ruffle
Please make sure you check the size of the shirt very carefully (see the photo with the tag). The B stands for Bust and is the armpit to armpit measurement in inches. The L is the Length and is from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem.
I always recommend finding a shirt in your own closet that fits and measuring it armpit to armpit. Sizes like "Medium" are subjective whereas actual dimensions are more exact.
If you are unsure of size, size up.
